1 capsule contains 360mg of garlic extract. A daily serving of 2 capsules provides 720 mg of garlic extract.

Ingredients: garlic oil extract (soybean oil), capsule ingredients: glycerin, water, pork gelatin.

Directions for use: Adults take 1 capsule 1 or 2 times a day, preferably with meals. Drink plenty of water.
